Upgrade your (2014-2023) Toyota 4Runner with the Overland Series Front Bumper for C4 Fabrication. Designed for superior off-road performance and durability, the 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper provides increased clearance for better approach angles, making it easier to fit larger tires. Crafted from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates, this bumper offers exceptional strength and resilience, perfect for rugged adventures.

Product Features

• Made from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates for maximum durability.
• Bull Bar Tubing: .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing for robust protection.
• Fits most 8K-12K winches; recommended to use synthetic rope and hawse style fairlead for optimal fitment and functionality. Integrated control box winches may require trimming of the grille support brackets.
• Designed to fit a 30″ single row light bar (compatible with Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, and RIGID 30″ SR series).
• Weight: 135 lbs. without bull bar, 140 lbs. with mid-height bull bar, 150 lbs. with full-height bull bar, 155 lbs. with full-height bull bar and headlight hoops.
• Optional TSS relocation bracket available (not compatible with mid-height bull bar).
  

Fitment Notes

• Fits (2014-2023) Toyota 4Runner models.
• Requires cutting of the original plastic bumper cover for installation.
• Installation also requires removing the original steel power steering cooler lines and replacing them with the included power steering cooler kit.
• Some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead mounting plate; Synthetic rope and hawse style fairlead are recommended for optimal fitment and functionality.
• For vehicles with TSS, the Mid-Height bull bar is not compatible. You will also need a C4 Fabrication TSS relocator for installation with no bull bar and Full-Height bull bar.

• Most bumpers, rock sliders, and larger items will require Freight Shipping which will ship free of charge either to a commercial address or to the nearest freight hub to the customer’s address. If a commercial address is provided, please include the business name in the shipping contact information at checkout. The business must have forklift access or a freight dock.
  
• All smaller items will ship free to residential addresses.
